Genetics decide what a steak is capable of. Everything else is just whether we ruin it.
champion-bull.jpgAcquired in 2023 from a respected Chiang Mai farm, this Black Wagyu bull won the World Championship for his class and now anchors our breeding program. He is not for sale. His daughters are not for sale. His sons sire the cattle that finish on our pasture and end up on your plate.
What makes him special: marbling stability across his offspring. We have measured it. The variance from one of his calves to the next is dramatically lower than the herds we tracked before. That consistency is what lets us promise what we promise.
We track every animal from calf to harvest — sire, dam, weight curves, finish ration intake, harvest day grading. The data feeds the next breeding cycle. This is how American ranches do it. We just do it in Thailand.
Cattle sired by our 2023 World Champion. The flagship herd. Wagyu A5 grade target.
Wagyu × Angus crosses for Prime-grade output. Bigger frame, faster finish, same marbling discipline.
Mixed-breed for Choice-grade output. Heritage Thai genetics, modern feed program.
