I'm Ploy. I built this for my husband Ben and our three boys — Lincoln, Martin, and William — who grew up hearing about the ranch he came from, and who now watch the same Brahman cattle lessons play out in the Isan villages he spent over a decade teaching. This is our family's beef, sold under our family's name.
Ben is retired from the day-to-day now. The Brahman genetics he spent over ten years bringing from Texas to Thailand — semen, embryos, and entire shuttle flights of live cattle — are raised today by partner ranches across Isan villages he trained personally. Here's how a Thai Beef order actually gets to your table.
Ben's decade-plus of Brahman genetics work — semen, embryos, live shuttle flights from Texas — gave Isan partner ranches the same bloodlines he grew up with.
Partner ranches raise the cattle themselves, using the herd-management lessons Ben taught — the same ones he learned on his family's ranch in Texas.
When an animal is ready, Ploy pays the Thai ranch directly, in cash, for that animal. No middlemen, no long contracts.
A Thai processor working to USDA HACCP standards breaks the animal down into cuts and value-added products to our exact specification.
Lincoln, Martin, and William are growing up the way Ben did — around cattle, around barns, around people who work with their hands. They're being raised as Thai and American cattlemen both, and one day this will be theirs to run, the same way Ben's family passed a ranch down to him. For now, their job is simpler: love their mama, and pay attention.
Ben doesn't run the ranch day-to-day anymore, but he hasn't put down the tongs. Once a week, after church, he grills his favorite cut for the whole table — Ploy, our sons Lincoln, Martin, and William, and Naw Sha and May, the two nannies our family loves like our own. Ploy films it and posts a new video every week.

Ben grew up raising Brahman cattle on his family's ranch in Texas. For more than ten years, his business brought that same bloodline to Thailand — by semen, by embryo, and by entire shuttle flights of live cattle — so that Isan ranches could raise it the same way he was taught.
